 1. Trace the Scrabble game piece onto the scrapbook paper, and cut out the shape. Apply Mod Podge Satin to the backside of the paper. Position onto the game piece. 2. Topcoat with a layer of Mod Podge. Allow to dry. 3. Once dry, apply a thick coat of dimensional magic to create a high gloss finish. 4. Using heavy-duty glue, attach scrabble game piece to ring base. Let dry.
