Pop Dots
Pigment ink pads – black; pink; marigold
Embossing powder – sparkle
Embossing heat tool
1” hole die cut punch
Scrapbook paper – pink; dark pink; light olive; olive; aqua and dark turquoise
Pinking shears 7 ¾” square wood frame (3.5 x 3.5 opening)
¼” black satin ribbon
Glue
Double sided tape
Ruler
Scissors or craft knife and blades
Transfer paper
Pencil
4 – small turquoise rhinestone jewels
12 – small clear rhinestone jewels


1. Stamp splatter pattern all over pink paper with pink ink and all over light olive paper with marigold ink. Lay pink paper over top half of frame and olive over bottom half. Flip over and trace outer edge and picture opening to paper. Cut out.

2. Create a border on dark turquoise paper using Mehndi Swirl in black. Emboss with sparkle embossing powder and heat tool. Cut into a strip as shown.

3. Stamp letters and numbers on aqua paper, leaving enough space between to cut out with circle hole punch. Stamp using black ink and emboss with sparkle powder. Center each letter and number in die cut hole and punch out.

4. Transfer 5 circle patterns to olive and 2 to dark pink paper and cut out with pinking shears. Attach letters and numbers to olive backgrounds with 73DOT pop dots.

5. Stamp two dragonflies as shown to olive paper in black ink and emboss with sparkle powder.

6. Tape or glue pink and olive papers to front of frame. Using double sided tape, attach dark turquoise border over where the two papers meet in the middle.

7. Glue black satin ribbon under paper border as shown. Tie bow and glue.

8. Using the 73MIN pop dots, attach letters and numbers referring to photo for placement.

9. Glue rhinestones to dragonflies and to olive paper as shown.
